CAP Life Skills Manager

We are seeking to appoint a CAP Life Skills Manager to run our Life Skills course in partnership with Christians Against Poverty (CAP), equipping participants with practical skills, confidence, and hope for the future.

The Life Skills Manager will be employed by Melksham Church and will work closely with CAP for training, resources, and ongoing support. The role includes attending training, preparing and promoting the course, and delivering the 8-week programme to participants in the community.

The role is fixed term, 96 hours total, paid at £13.45 per hour, with flexible hours for course preparation and fixed hours during course delivery. The successful applicant will also need to complete a short interview with CAP.

The deadline for applications is 13th April 2026. Shortlisting will take place on 14th April, with interviews on 20th April.
